OVERVIEW

Fyrtorr, the parent company of Ben's Natural Health and Natureli, initially lacked an online presence, existing solely as an identity.
Tasked with establishing their digital footprint, a fellow product designer and I embarked on crafting a simple one-page lander. This landing page served as a platform to convey brand information and communicate their goals and projections effectively.

The Brief
With a multitude of tasks and limited time, our primary objective for the page was to swiftly and effectively inform users about the company's practices and philosophies in an engaging manner.
To achieve this goal, we decided to experiment with Lottie files as a quick and efficient way to introduce movement to the page while avoiding overwhelming graphics. Illustrating and animating the vectors used on the page allowed for a cohesive visual identity and also provided an opportunity to familiarize myself with the Lottie creator tool. This initial experimentation paved the way for further utilization of Lottie files in subsequent projects.
Design, Development & Implementation
Thorough research and meticulous planning was imperative for this project. We extensively studied various business pages and websites that effectively utilized Lottie files for engagement. However, due to tight time constraints, we prioritized competitor analysis and other secondary research methods to expedite the development process. Once we had a solid framework in place, we engaged users for actual website usability testing.
Throughout this process, I maintained constant communication with the marketing and content teams, as well as the operations department, to ensure that all information on the page was compliant with regulatory standards. This collaborative approach ensured that the page not only effectively conveyed the company's practices and philosophies but also adhered to necessary compliance measures.
Deployment & Takeaways
This project was instrumental to my development in the realm of web animation. It provided an opportunity to explore various techniques, including the use of Lottie files, which we later applied to other pages. While not every project requires an extensive summary, this one was executed swiftly and efficiently, allowing me to acquire valuable skills along the way.
Specifically, I honed my animation skills for the web and gained a solid understanding of webflow fundamentals concurrently.
